I interned at the Tennessean in the summer of 2024. I got the opportunity to pitch my own stories, work on SEO headlines, learn how to write on deadline, and got the opportunity to pursue stories and communities I am passionate about.
I was a News Intern at WKRN News Channel 2 in the spring of 2024. I assisted multi-media journalists in video recording, clipping and tracking pieces for broadcast television.
I have been a part of the TrevEchoes, my school's fully student-run newspaper, for over a year and a half. I have been on staff since I came to Trevecca. I started as a staff writer, then pursued a religion beat. This year, I have had the opportunity to be the sports editor.
